Annual Garden Party

This weekend was our annual garden party in Castleford - hosted jointly by the Morley & Outwood, and Normanton, Pontefract & Castleford Labour Parties. It was great to welcome guests from both constituencies, and from across Leeds, Wakefield and the rest of Yorkshire.

Despite a rainy start the sun came out for us and, as usual, the highlight of the day was the tug of war. Although Morley & Outwood won the first round between the two local parties, we couldn't hold off the mighty JB's Big Band in the final!
